<li>Coloque no copo a água e o cesto com as cenouras

<li>Entretanto pré-aqueça o forno a 180º e unte uma forma de fundo amovível (<span style="font-family: inherit;">aprox. 23 cm</span><span style="font-family: inherit;">) com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha.</span></li>
<li>Quando terminar o tempo de cozedura das cenouras, retire o cesto com a ajuda da espátula e deite fora a água que está no copo.</li>
<li>Descasque a laranja com o descascador para que a casca fique fina, e retire também toda a parte branca da laranja para que o bolo não fique a saber a amargo.</li>
<li>Depois coloque no copo as cenouras cozidas, a laranja (descascada e cortada aos quartos), a casca fina que tirou da laranja, os ovos e o açúcar e

<li>Num tabuleiro, espalhe no fundo um pouco
do molho béchamel onde depois por cima irá colocar os rolos de couve bem
aconchegados.</li>
<li>Num prato, coloque uma folha de couve bem
espalmada e por cima espalhe um pouco do recheio de carne, (tem de ter atenção
a quantidade de recheio que coloca para que depois possa enrolar sem partir),
polvilhe com um pouco de queijo ralado, enrole e aconchegue bem a folha de
couve no tabuleiro.</li>
<li>Repita o processo com as restantes folhas,
até terminar todo o recheio.</li>
